The only set back was UPS holding theses at customs for couple of days
had to pay $29 extra on the item for additional custom fees.

Over all experience was very positive, the boots were shipped in bubble wrap then put the Bounce boots in really durable shipping bag.
When I received my package from UPS nothing was damaged from
Ali Express the package was shipped to my house in amazing condition.
The instructions were in another language, but the photos in
the instruction booklet did help me put them together no issues.

The size I went with was size 20 which fit my foot size & width
The bounce boots will fit between size 9 to size 11 in woman's
The men's size they will fit a size 8.5 & up in mens shoe sizes.
On Ali Express there is a size chart showing what size they recommend.
